As a registered builder we work with the NHBC in providing a warranty and insurance called 'Buildmark' to new home owners.

Since 2004 Knowles and Son have been accredited to "The Standard", valuing those that work for us, in achieving our business goals.

Knowles and Son is a registered Gas Safe organisation and employ a small team of qualified gas engineers, competent to carry out domestic gas work including Landlord Gas Safety Inspections.

Since 2004 Knowles and Son have been registered with the Contractors Health & Safety Assesment Scheme, becoming an accredited member in 2006 and re-assessed annually to maintain this accreditation.
