A significant proportion of our design & build projects are procured on a negotiated basis, taken design development from inception to completion, managing the design team in the process. We have a number of key clients who we have worked for on an informal partnering basis for a number of years.

We are also very active in the single stage design & build tendering market, with a good success rate. We strongly believe in design led solutions and actively encourage our architects to develop the best outcome available.

This requires a high degree of teamwork and communication, particularly in the embryonic stages of a project where design, specification, build-ability, maintenance and life costing are established, which have a major impact on the final costs and quality.
