Hollybush Lodge,
Oxford
The scheme was developed on a design and build
basis in negotiation with Brasenose College
to provide 40 single graduate rooms, all with
en-suite bathrooms, and shared kitchens.
The adjacent Grade II Listed building was
restored and refurbished to provide two 2
person flats. The new buildings have
incorporate environmentally friendly features
using renewable and passive energy sources to
give reduced carbon emissions, and savings on
energy costs.
