Holyoake Hall, Oxford

This recent design and build project for a return client involved the refurbishment of the former Oxford Snooker Club into 15 luxury flats.

Ten 1-bed and two 2-bed maisonettes, two 2-bed flats and a penthouse flat was created, including a single storey extension at roof level and a new entrance screen and canopy.

Access was very restricted and close co-ordination was required with the commercial occupants below to minimise disruption.
