A negotiated design and build project for the college, to meet their requirements for a high quality traditional style building.

The scheme incorporates 55 en-suite single study bedrooms, with shared kitchen and dining facilities. The design included traditional clay tile and lead roofing, green oak framed dormar windows, and high quality brickwork.
