Marlow Road, Maidenhead

This project included the conversion,             refurbishment and remodelling of an existing Grade II Listed building, to form various new semi-independent office/counselling suites, and a youth club area within the existing building. together with the replacement of the rear annex with a new extension to provide a sports hall, dance studio, office and changing facilities.

Installing in both the new and existing building new heating system based on a ground source heat pump system with underfloor heating to the extension, part comfort cooling and part air conditioning systems.
