This project within the Oxford conservation
area comprised of alterations, extension and
refurbishment of an existing offices to provide
retail units fronting the Cowley Road and good
quality offices on the upper floors.
This scheme formed part of a comprehensive
redevelopment of the former Blackwell’s site.
