This Design and Build contract involved the complete refurbishment of the Blackwell’s Publishing Journals Building to form eight new high quality office units in a prime location close to central Oxford.

The units are designed as eight independent suites with the option of combining units should this be necessary. The offices are fully air conditioned and new glazing optimises natural light.
