Knowles and Son have been maintaining the historic fabric of Oxford since 1797 when Thomas Knowles took over the Oxford business of Townsend, the well known London builder.
Our Skilled tradesmen and craftsmen have generations of experience of this type of work. This has been maintained and enhanced by our craft and trade apprenticeship schemes.
We have carried out large and small scale restoration work for the National Trust, The Heritage lottery Fund, Oxford Preservation Trust, the University of Oxford, and it’s Colleges. |
