Pitt Rivers Museum, Oxford
Repairs were carried out using current technology and traditional skills.
High performance insulation materials were positioned under the new
slates, windows fitted with black glass incorporating a solar reflective film
reducing sun and heat effects on the priceless collection housed beneath.
The works were carried out with every exhibition remaining in the museum,
requiring the utmost of care at all times. Materials removed from site were
recycled in accordance with the environmental philosophy of the client.
