West Oxfordshire District Council, Maintenance Contract
We are pleased to announce we have been appointed as one of the contractors to work on the planned and responsive Maintenance Works Framework for West Oxfordshire District Council. As part of the councils five year Asset Management Plan we will help to maintain and improve the contition of their existing property portfolio. Our service delivery will include general building, roofing, painting and decorating, flooring, plumbing, mechanical and electrical installations, carpentry, glazing and ground works.

William Fletcher School, Yarnton
Works are now complete at William Fletcher Primary School in Yarnton. This Oxfordshire County Council Schools Capital Framework Project included a new Key Stage 1 classroom and resource area extension, and internal alterations to provide new cloakrooms, accessible bathroom and a new library corner. St Nicholas Primary School, Marston, Oxford
We have recently been appointed to carry out Phase 2 of the planned improvement works at St Nicholas Primary School in Marston. Phase 2 includes two single storey extensions and internal alterations to give the school a new Key Stage 2 classroom and a larger staffroom, and is due for completion in July this year. Staircase 6 & 7, Meadow Buildings, Christ Church, Oxford
We have recently been awarded works at Christ Church, Oxford to alter and refurbish Staircases 6 and 7 of the Meadow Buildings, a Grade II listed residential building in the grounds of the college, including external fabric repairs. The works are to be carried out in two sections; section one includes enabling works within the kitchen area and survey works within Staircase 6 and 7 to be carried out in April. The keys to the new teaching block were handed over to the school on Friday 2nd March.
